Move better, get faster, build strength, and develop the mindset to compete with confidence. Each session connects coaching, correction, and purposeful practice to your individual goals.
Your off-season starts with where you are and builds toward where you want to go.
Your Off-Season Plan
Individual coaching. Purposeful progression.
Start with the athlete.
We review your movement, goals, sport, and schedule. From there, we identify the priorities that will make the greatest difference to your development.
Build your off-season around an EP Athlete program lasting 4, 8, or 12 weeks. At two sessions per week:
4 weeks: 8 private sessions
8 weeks: 16 private sessions
12 weeks: 24 private sessions
Your training focus evolves with your progress and the time available before your next season.
Commit to Your Development
Two 90-minute private sessions per week, minimum.
The off-season is your opportunity to make development a priority. Consistent training helps you reinforce movement patterns and build physical capacity. We apply the EP Mindset Blueprint throughout your preparation for the next season.
Playing another sport during this period? We will help you choose an EP Athlete training option that fits your full schedule.
Built Around Your Starting Point
Use the time between seasons to build your foundation, address development gaps, or prepare for greater demands.
Bring a willingness to learn, receive coaching, and put the work into practice.
Build Your Foundation
Develop movement quality, coordination, body control, confidence, and positive training habits. Address the areas that need attention before adding more speed or complexity.
Prepare for Your Next Level
Refine mechanics, increase speed, build power, and make decisions with composure. Training reflects your readiness and the demands of your sport.
What You Will Develop
Movement Mechanics
Improve posture, stride mechanics, arm action, and body position to move with greater control and efficiency.
Jumping & Landing
Build powerful takeoffs and controlled landings. Learn to absorb force and maintain body control as demands increase.
Communication
Practice asking questions, responding to coaching, and expressing what you see and feel. Build the confidence to communicate clearly in competition.
Speed & Acceleration
Develop first-step quickness, sprint posture, and force production. Connect sound mechanics to faster, more purposeful movement.
Strength & Stability
Build functional strength, balance, and core control through age-appropriate training matched to your current abilities.
Agility & Direction Changes
Learn to decelerate, control your position, and change direction. Progress toward responding to movement cues with balance and intent.
Mobility & Recovery
Develop mobility, breathing control, and recovery habits. Learn to manage effort and prepare for the next session, practice, or competition.
EP Mindset
Practice resetting after mistakes, responding to pressure, and competing with confidence. Training draws on the six pillars: Reset, Attitude, Identity Training, Discipline & Habits, Vision & Goal Setting, and Gratitude & Perspective.
Built Through the EP Development System
Your priorities shape the plan. Your readiness guides the progression.
Build the Foundation
Improve movement quality, posture, coordination, and body control. Establish recovery habits and confidence before increasing the demands.
Create Separation
Build on that foundation with greater speed, more power, and sharper direction changes. Increase complexity as your movement and consistency improve.
Perform Under Pressure
Apply your development through reactive drills, decisions, and sport-relevant challenges. Practice maintaining control, communicating clearly, and resetting when the pressure rises.
Our camps offer group training during the off-season.
