PRIVATE COACHING AT THE CENTER

Your sport sets the demands.
You set the starting point.

Your assessment considers movement, training history, goals, and the demands of your sport or position. We identify priorities and build a plan around the athlete in front of us.

For middle school, high school, and college athletes, progression follows readiness and movement quality. Your practices, competitions, and recovery help shape the workload.

Speed & acceleration

Develop posture, first-step mechanics, and coordinated running. Build control before increasing speed and intensity.

Agility & deceleration

Practice slowing down, planting, and changing direction. Add reactive cues and decisions as your movement becomes more consistent.

Strength & power

Build foundational strength and the ability to produce force with control. Match resistance and challenge to experience and readiness.

Jumping & landing

Develop coordinated takeoffs, stable landings, and body control through single-leg and two-leg movement patterns.

Balance & coordination

Develop foot and ankle stability, trunk control, and coordination for athletic movements.

Mobility & recovery habits

Practice movement preparation, mobility exercises, breathing techniques, and recovery habits that fit your training and competition schedule.

POWERED BY EP MINDSET

Your mindset travels with you.

Difficult practices, mistakes, and setbacks can test your confidence. We help you develop practical tools to respond with purpose.

RESET & ATTITUDE

Choose the next response.

Use breathing, a reset cue, and a clear next action. Practice directing your attention toward what you can control.

IDENTITY & DISCIPLINE

Build standards you live by.

Strengthen purposeful self-talk, coachability, and consistent habits. Connect the athlete you want to be with the choices you make.

VISION & PERSPECTIVE

Keep progress in view.

Set meaningful goals, recognize the work behind improvement, and practice gratitude and perspective through wins and setbacks.
