EP ATHLETICS · SOCCER TRAINING
Sharpen your game.
Build the player.
Our private soccer coaching connects technical skills, efficient movement, and a confident mindset. We build each session around your current abilities and development goals.
ONE PLAYER. ONE CONNECTED APPROACH.
Every touch has a foundation.
How you move, what you see, and how you respond all shape your game. We coach movement, awareness, and decision-making together so each drill supports your game.
Own the ball.
Improve your first touch, passing, dribbling, and finishing through purposeful repetitions and clear, individual feedback.
Move with intent.
Develop the balance, body position, footwork, and movement control that support your actions with and without the ball.
Stay in the game.
Build composure, confidence, and a purposeful response to mistakes throughout the session.
PRIVATE COACHING AT THE HEART
Your position.
Your priorities.
Your development.
Training starts with your experience, movement, goals, and current team demands. We identify the details that deserve attention and build your sessions around them.
For middle school, high school, and college athletes, the starting point is individual. The standard is consistent: purposeful work, honest feedback, and a willingness to learn.

SKILLS THAT CONNECT TO THE GAME
Make the next action count.
We connect technical work to awareness, timing, and decisions. Your goals shape the emphasis.

First touch & receiving
Scan before the ball arrives. Open your body. Direct your first touch toward the next action.
Passing & connection
Refine accuracy, weight, and timing. Practice passing with both feet and identifying your next option.
Dribbling & turning
Use close control, changes of pace, and purposeful turns to protect the ball and create space.
Striking & finishing
Refine your approach, plant foot position, balance, and ball contact. Practice choosing a finish with composure.
Movement off the ball
Explore angles, support positions, and changes of speed that help you become an option for teammates.
Awareness & decisions
Read cues, communicate, and respond to changing situations as exercises progress beyond repetition.
BIOMECHANICS BUILT IN
Better movement.
More purposeful soccer.
We apply biomechanics throughout soccer training, from how you push off and plant your foot to how you strike the ball.
Movement quality guides progression. We build control first, then add speed, challenge, and decisions as you are ready.
Accelerate & create separation
Refine your posture, foot contact, and first-step mechanics to move with purpose on the pitch.
Brake, turn & go again
Practice controlled deceleration, balance, and foot placement as you change direction with and without the ball.
Stabilize & strike
Develop foot and ankle control, single-leg stability, hip movement, and coordination for passing and shooting.
POWERED BY EP MINDSET
The next play needs you present.
A misplaced pass or missed chance can disrupt your focus. We help you practice responses that bring your attention back to the next play.
Release the last play.
Use breathing, a reset cue, and a clear next action to refocus after a mistake.
Choose your response.
Build purposeful self-talk, coachability, and a player identity grounded in effort and standards.
Bring it every session.
Set goals, practice discipline, and recognize progress while keeping the bigger picture in view.
INSIDE YOUR SESSION
90 minutes. A clear purpose.
Each private session adapts to your priorities, readiness, and workload. Technical skill, biomechanics, and mindset stay connected throughout.
Check in & prepare
Review how you feel, set a focus, and prepare your body for the work.
Build & refine
Work on movement foundations and soccer details with individual coaching.
Apply under challenge
Add pace, reactive cues, or decisions while practicing control and composure.
Reflect & take it forward
Identify what improved, what needs attention, and a clear focus to carry into your soccer week.
A RHYTHM THAT FITS YOUR SEASON
Consistency, with the full picture in mind.
Your team practices, matches, school schedule, and recovery all matter when we plan your development.
Two sessions per week
Regular coaching and repetition create more opportunities to reinforce details, apply feedback, and build continuity.
One session per week
One session per week can suit athletes balancing school and club teams or playing in multiple leagues. It can also help during weeks with three or four games plus practices. Quality and consistency guide the plan.
For dedicated off-season development, we recommend a minimum of two sessions per week. Explore off-season training →
